Debbie Nussbaum and Jim Pullan of BC Transit are driving forces behind the "Stuff the Bus" campaign

The Q!'s Stuff The Bus Summer Food Drive

The Q!, BC Transit, Save on Foods and The Mustard Seed Food Bank teamed up on June 18th for the 2nd Annual Stuff The Bus Food Drive!
The day started off at 7am with Ryan Awram and Cliff Lesquene doing the The Q! Morning Show from the parking lot of the Blanshard Street Save on Foods store, as generous listeners and the public stopped by with their non-perishable food items and donations to help "Stuff the Bus" - a BC Transit Double Decker bus - with food for The Mustard Seed Food Bank.
Last year's effort raised more than $19,700 in food and cash, as a single-decked bus was "stuffed". This year's goal was to stuff a double-decker bus with more than $25,000 in food and cash - all in an effort to support the Mustard Seed Food Bank which helps over 7,200 people each month throughout the year
