Westhills Client Appreciation
This past month SNAP was invited out to a special pre-launch event at the Westhills development, which is the new sustainable, master-planned community being built overlooking Langford Lake. The new neighborhood called Lakeview Ridge will consist of 29 homes with some lake views. The homes come in a wide variety of interesting options including built-in legal suites, homes designed to comfortably accommodate shared ownership and even some distinguishing carriage homes. All the homes will be certified Built Green™. It's an interesting way to make home ownership more affordable to people who might not make the leap all on their own or who want to supplement their payments with some rental income.
The site was very busy during our visit which coincided with one of the nicest Saturday's we'd seen so far in January. “Lakeview Ridge, has already attracted a lot of interest,” says Rohan Rupf, Director of Marketing. “Most of our previous phases have sold out in advance to pre-registered buyers and this phase is maintaining that pattern".
