Spinnakers Serves Up Whisky Perfect Pairings
On January 21st, Spinnakers Gastro Brewbup hosted an evening of sumptuous food and whisky pairings. Along with a five course dinner, the thirty-five guests were also treated to a variety of malts from the oldest independent family owned distillery in Scotland and got a chance to pick the brain of Springbank's International Ambassador Peter Currie. Also on hand was a very special cask-conditioned Oatmeal Stout that had been infused with a bottle of Springbank 15 and had all of the whisky affianados licking their chops
