Royal Roads commerce students and Ambrosia Conference & Event Centre have teamed up to raise money for the Mustard Seed food bank. On February 9th, 8 young cooks will compete head to head with basic ingredients normally found in the food bank to create delicious, nutricious & creative meals. They will have access to just the most basic cooking equipment to prove that you can make healthy meals with readily available ingredients in just 15 minutes!
Members of the public can purchase tickets to enjoy an eight course tasting menu of all the dishes created.
